Why is an Equipment Care Plan The Right Thing for your Vital Equipment?
Planned preventative maintenance is your best defence against sudden failure of vital, frequently used equipment. Much of the equipment we see in practice today has been recycled and is of an age where failure of components is highly likely unless routine maintenance is carried out.
By regularly having your equipment serviced you are extending the life of your equipment and ensuring it is working to its full ability
We currently employ a national network of 20 fully trained and equipped service engineers, able to carry out on site maintenance and repair in both the UK and Ireland.
We also operate a modern, well equipped in-house facility to carry out repairs where it is not possible to do so on site.
All engineers are regularly updated with new product knowledge and have a continuously restocked van stock of commonly fitted components to help make your service as quick and efficient as possible.

Our team of 27 engineers, office administration staff and managers are on hand to help you with any and all enquiries you may have and are dedicated to providing great quality service to all customers whatever the problem.
Our office open hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, if you have any problems or enquiries please do not hesitate to call and speak with one of our friendly, experienced service administrators.
All of our fully trained engineers operate their own hours Monday to Friday and are flexible to accommodate your practice open hours.
Comprehensive Care Plans
Our service contracts are structured "pay as you go" and call outs are a set price per machine, per visit whereas some companies charge per mile or hour, treating all of our customers equally.
There are two structures of maintenance plan available to best suit your needs; a once yearly or a twice yearly servicing plan. Both of which include a fix price per machine per visit, discount breakdown cover, free of charge return visits* and the freedom to cancel your contract at any time.
Discounts can be made available to customers with multiple practices or multiple pieces of equipment signed to an agreement with us.* excludes the fitting of parts

Services we offer
When considering your next equipment purchase, how important to you is the level of after sales support you can expect to receive? At Burtons we believe that this is an extremely important factor to our business that sets us apart from our competitors.
Do you offer loan equipment if my machine needs to be taken away and fixed?
We can, on occasion, offer a loan system where there is availability for equipment such as an autoclave, with a small renting fee applied. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this on all equipment.
What maintenance plans do you offer?
We currently offer 6 months and 12 monthly maintenance schemes
What happens if my equipment has a fault straight after a service visit?
We offer a one-month warranty on any service/ call out visits (not including parts)
For Example: One of our technicians visits your practice to carry out a service on your equipment. If for any reason you experience a problem within a month of this visit, you will not be charged for the return call, but will for any parts needed to rectify the problem.
Can I ask for advice without having a call out?
Yes. One of our service centre technicians will be happy to help over the phone but any advice or answers needed.
Are you able to make visits on weekends or evenings?
Our opening hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm at Burtons HQ, although some of our field technicians do visit practices out of those hours if prearranged. We are unfortunatly unable to do weekends.
