The Burtons fibre optic bronchoscope has impressive insertion capability, and excellent up/down angulation, allowing easy and effective manoeuvrability.

Designed specifically for small animal veterinarians for diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy and for visualising the vocal cords, tracheobronchial tree, segmental airways, out to the third generation airways. In addition, sampling lesions within the airways, adjacent to or in the lung parenchyma.

Manufactured in Germany by Xion, this veterinary bronchoscope offers outstanding image quality and can be connected to most light sources using the high intensity light guide cable provided. Ideal for small animal respitory tract and retro flexing behind soft palate in both cats and dogs, the same scope can also be used for some rhinoscopy, trachea bronchoscopy, cystoscopy and vaginoscopy in some breeds, and for BAL’s under direct vision.
